Duplex apartments are on two levels and are stunning in every way, very spacious, bright and airy, they are 137.33m² plus a balcony and patio area.
Furnished in a modern Turkish style they have ceramic floor tiles and air conditioning throughout.
Balcony
The garden
The duplex apartments are reached via a short flight of stairs. The front door opens into the lounge which is furnished with a comfy faux leather suite, including one double sofa bed, coffee tables, DVD player, television and satellite box and has traditional turkish curtains, rugs and cushions. A convenient drinks area is provided with cupboards, fridge and sink. There are a selection of board games, puzzles, DVDs and books available for your use.
The corridor leading off the lounge there is a fully tiled bathroom with an enclosed shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
These apartments are built to a high standard in traditional style and with all modern comforts.
Two sets of sliding doors lead onto the balcony where you will find chairs and a low table, ideal for evening drinks whilst watching the spectacular sunsets .There is also a built in BBQ.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside tables and side lights, a triple wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Rugs and cushions finish the luxurious feel. The twin bedroom has two single beds, a bedside table, reading lamp and double wardrobe.

A marble staircase leads down to the lower ground floor where the kitchen is situated.
The kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped if you fancy a home cooked meal using fresh ingredients from one of the markets. Complete with marble worktops and high and low units, a full sized gas cooker with electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, iron & ironing board, cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. There is an extendable dining table and chairs in the kitchen and two sets of sliding patio doors lead onto the patio with another dining table and chairs to give you a choice of dining areas. To finish there is a built in BBQ.
In the alcove off the dining area is the snug with a single sofa bed and chest of drawers.
The bedrooms
The fully tiled ground floor bathroom has a enclosed shower, toilet and wash hand basin. There is also a plumbed in automatic washing machine.
Master bedroom:
The second master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside tables and side lights, a triple wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Rugs and cushions finish the luxurious feel.
Twin bedroom
The second twin bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables and reading lamps, and a double wardrobe. It has a fully tiled en suite bathroom with an enclosed shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

Outside:
Each apartment has a built in BBQ and outside dining furniture and share a landscaped private garden with banana, orange, lemon, apricot and olive trees. There is also a lawned communal garden. Shared Swimming pool (18m x 8m x 2.5m) and kiddies splash pool. Sunloungers and pool furniture. Shower and toilet block. A private car parking area is situated just outside the apartments.
The local area
Coast/Beach:
The nearest beach is Koyunbaba 1.5km with crystal clear water, pontoon and beach cafe. Gumusluk the unspoilt village on the Bodrum Peninsula is 5km away with its famous fish and seafood restaurants, and glorious sunsets. The whitewashed houses are bedecked with flowers. Rabbit Island is a short paddle away, and the village has a beach with stunning views Yalikavak, famous for its windmills, is 6km away with many restaurants and bars, clean beaches, a marina and a fantastic weekly market.
Golf:
There is a new golf course at Tulza (near the airport) 50 minutes drive away.

Minimarket 750m. Koyunbaba Beach 1.5km. Gumusluk village, resturants and Rabbit Island 5km. Yalikavak beaches, restaurants, marina, supermarket 6km. Turgutreis supermarket, beach, restaurants, marina 16km. Ortakent aquapark, Kipa (Tesco) 18km. Bodrum shops, restaurants, nightlife, harbour, Castle 23km.
Further details:
A good local bus service (Dolmus) interlinks the Peninsula villages and Bodrum.
Boat and fishing trips are a must and can be booked at any of the marinas or tourist offices.
The Aquapark just outside Bodrum is highly recommended if you have kids (or even if you haven't!). Bodrum Castle is well worth a visit (lots of air conditioned rooms to cool off in) as is the museum.
Day trips to Pamukkale and Ephesus are also suggested either as a tour or by hire car.
