Set deep in the French countryside, in 15 acres of wooded gardens and not overlooked from any angle, we've found Dournes is ideal for family holidays. Recently refurbished and finished with a combination of modern and antique furniture, the Chateau is fully equipped to handle groups of any size.

On site we have a pool, table tennis table, snooker/games room, badminton, boules and bicycles.

Our local town, Revel, hosts the region's best fresh food market each Saturday in and around its central square: it also offers a range of supermarkets (the nearest hypermarket is just 20 minutes drive away in Castres).

The medieval cities of Albi (cathedral, Toulouse Lautrec museum) and Carcassonne (walled city is a World Heritage Site) are within an hour's drive, as is the major city of Toulouse (extensive shopping). The airports of Toulouse and Carcassonne are an hour away, the Mediterranean coast and Pyrenees, both an hour and a half.
